Excellent experience in Labor and Delivery unit. Very grateful to Dr. Goldenberg for unparalleled bedside manner, flexibility and not only so knowledgeable, but having a great psychological approach. Big thank you to my delivery nurse- Katherine Banos, Dr. Darius, Kelly Crawford and Mercedes Robinson. They made my experience to be one of a good memory by working in synergy, with a respect to the way I wanted the birth of my baby to go, and making the process as smooth as possible. I appreciate you all! Highly recommend.

My wife had to go to the Mt. Sinai Emergency room this past Saturday. The care and attention that she received were First Class. The nurses and doctors that attended her were very considerate and caring, which made the experience a lot less traumatic. Many thanks!

Dr. Escolar has been involved with my family for over 10 years, caring for my late husband and now me. He is patient, listens and explains options and reasons. Never has he not been able to answer my many questions and always is open to alternatives for my comfort. I highly reccommend for any family member with cardiac needs.

During a very difficult time in my life, the team at Mount Sinai Hospital provided care that went far beyond medicine. From the moment I arrived in the Emergency Department, I was treated immediately and with incredible professionalism. There was no delay in receiving the care I desperately needed, and throughout my hospitalization, every physician who cared for me was knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. But the true heroes of my experience were the nurses. Every time I was in pain, every time I felt scared or overwhelmed, they were there. They responded not only with exceptional skill and professionalism, but with genuine empathy, kindness, and compassion. During the moments when I felt at my worst, they made me feel cared for, supported, and never alone. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Nurse Nelsy in the Emergency Department, and to Marianella, Stephanie, Agustin, and Frank from 7 Tower (I hope I have the unit name right). Each of you was an angel during one of the hardest moments of my life. Your compassion, patience, and dedication made an immeasurable difference, and I will be forever grateful for the care you provided. As a nurse myself, I understand what this profession demands, but during my stay I wasn't there as a colleague—I was simply a patient who needed help. I trusted you to care for me, and you did so with extraordinary skill, compassion, and humanity. Each of you truly embodies what nursing is all about. You are not only outstanding nurses, but exceptional human beings. If the world had more people like you, it would truly be a better place. I can’t even begin to describe the incredible experience I had at Mt Sinai. This hospital saved my life. I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude to every doctor, every nurse. I was treated like my life was the one and only life that mattered. Thank you to all the ER team, nurse John Goodman, all the neuro team, Dr Chaloupka and all the doctors and nurses at the ICU, Kaitlin, Juan, Stephan, Trent, forever grateful.

A few months ago I had a very delicate procedure performed at Mt. Sinai Miami Beach. I walked in very nervous and worried. A team of doctors walked in and within 5 minutes I felt at ease. These doctors treated me like family putting me at ease and before the procedure I was relaxed and even laughing. The procedure went as planned, a complete success. I will be forever grateful to this team for treating me and caring for me the way they did. They are all exceptional people!!! I had a c-section done on April 9th at 10:49am and delivered my beautiful baby boy at Mount Sinai. The c-section was elective but I’m glad I chose it because my son was on the bigger side and I’m pretty small framed. I was terrified for my life I never had surgery before, Jennifer Velasco and nurse Karla were very supportive emotionally. I was hugging and holding them for my life during the spinal tap. Larry Goldenberg was kind, patient, informative and explained in detail what happens during the procedure, side effects and risks. The other nurses during the procedure were fast, efficient and supportive. I was panicking and one nurse had a method to fan my face to call me down and reduce the nausea. During postpartum, my first night I had three nurses that were very supportive and kind. I remembered Allisonn specifically because she was my postpartum nurse 2 years prior with my first son and she taught me and dad how to swaddle the baby correctly, so it was sweet seeing her again. She is one of the most happiest nurses I’ve ever met in my life and I can tell she’s passionate about her career. Alda and Netanya assisted me with a blood transfusion, sitting up and walking to the rest room, being consistent with water and medications and they were extremely helpful and attentive as well. Overall my labor was scary and traumatizing yet fast and the team was incredible from labor and delivery to post partum.

I had hip replacement surgery at Mt. Sinai Hospital on Miami Beach, at 43rd and Alton Rd on May 4th. My surgeon, Dr Sabeh came highly recommended. They did not disappoint. He and his team were absolutely THE BEST. The care I was given before, during and after surgery was far beyond my expectations. My nurse’s, Jacob and Shikira, were kind, compassionate and gentle. I have never been able to sleep in a hospital after surgery. The nurse who checked my vitals in the middle of the night was so quiet and polite, I slept thought it. In fact I slept for 7 hours without being woken up. AMAZING! I was also very impressed with Dr Sabeh’s more modern approach to the entire process of my surgery and recovery. The only problem I had was getting the kitchen to bring something to eat. By the time I was moved and settled in my room, the kitchen was closed. Thank you to Dr Sabeh, his team, and the nurse’s and aids at Mt. Sinai.

If excellence had a name, it would undoubtedly be Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach. My experience as a patient has been truly exceptional. I underwent surgery performed by the renowned Dr. Vulcano, an outstanding physician whose expertise, dedication, and compassion inspire complete confidence. I placed my trust in his hands, and I am hopeful that, thanks to his remarkable work, I will make a full recovery from my fractures. I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire hospital staff. From the doctors and nurses to every member of the support team, everyone treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. During one of the most challenging moments of my life, I found not only medical excellence but also humanity and compassion. Five stars are simply not enough to rate the quality of care provided by this hospital. Mount Sinai deserves the highest recognition for its unwavering commitment to the health, well-being, and recovery of its patients.
